Solved [Switch] Recipe bug

Playing on the classic farm layout, went the joja route, bought the book to learn all recipes but it says I dont have rice pudding, icecream, and spicy eel. I have full hearts with the people to get the first two recipes and Ive tried reading the book again and restarting the game.

All 3 of the recipes you've mentioned are learned by getting mail from villagers. The book only teaches you the recipes gained from watching Queen of Sauce on Sundays (or Wednesdays) so the book's not the problem. Have you been checking your mailbox? Talk (or give gifts) to Jodi, Evelyn and George, and wait for them to send their recipes to you.
