Switch Issue with placing items after achieving perfection

Hi guys! I achieved true perfection (yay!), but then I was going to rearrange my Greenhouse and I can't place sprinklers. I also went to the mines, and I can't place bombs.

I'm playing on Switch, I got the Statue of True Perfection, and I restarted the game a few times.

Is this a common bug?
