SVE worked on old PC, but not new one

We were playing SVE fine on the old PC, bought a new one - and doesn't want to work. Deleted the mods, uninstalled Stardew from Steam - then redid the whole process again, and still not working. From the SMAPI log, it says at the start that the mods load fine - but then goes on to delete everything because it's not working lol. This is my first time using mods, and help or advice is appreciated!!
