Hi everyone! I made a small web tool for planning Stardew Valley playthroughs and wanted to share it with the community.
Stardew Valley runs on the same 28 days × 4 seasons loop every year, but it's easy to miss a festival, a birthday, or the last day to plant a crop. Stardew Valley Scheduler maps your plans onto a year-agnostic 112-day cyclic calendar so you can prepare ahead. It runs entirely in your browser - no account, no server - and your data stays in local storage on your own device.
What it does
- 112-day cyclic calendar with per-date memos and D-N countdowns
- Auto-flagged festivals, villager birthdays, crop planting deadlines, and foraging events
- Day-of-week reminders that account for shop hours, closures, festivals, and weather
- Info lookups: crop profitability, fish (by season/weather/location/time), shop schedules & prices, gift & movie preferences
- Progress tracking: Achievements, Perfection, Community Center bundles, the Museum, monster eradication, and the Ginger Island Field Office
- An optional day-by-day Min-Max walkthrough with daily goals
- Theme picker (light/dark × seasonal colors), installable PWA, and JSON export/import
- Available in 12 languages
- It's free and open-source, with no ads or paywalls.

A note on credit: this is an unofficial, non-commercial fan project and isn't affiliated with ConcernedApe. Game names and icons belong to ConcernedApe LLC and are used for fan purposes only. Some data was referenced from the Stardew Valley Wiki (CC BY-NC-SA 3.0), and the optional Min-Max guide is adapted from BlackSight6 & Zamiel's openly licensed (GPL-3.0) guide, with full attribution in the repo.
Feedback and bug reports are very welcome - I hope it helps on your farms!
