Stardew Planner and permanent bushes

This always burns me when I try to plan out something. I forget about the various bushes ingame, that for some weird reason isn't present in the different farms in stardew planner. Most typical are the bushes near the top right. I try to squeeze in obelisks there. Then later discover that it isn't even close to possible because half the area are taken up by bushes that are impossible to remove.

Is it possible to get these to show up in the planner too, so we can make more realistic plans? Tickmarks for buildable area isn't it, apparently.
