This probably isn't a bug so much as negligence, but one thing that irks me is that the spouse always knows THE DAY BEFORE that there will be a festival, but on the day OF the festival, they talk about doing their normal routine even when it's impossible, such as saying they're going in to work while the festival is happening. (At least, this is true of Maru, but I think it happens with other spouses as well.)
There are a lot of other small dialogue glitches. One that has been there at least since 1.5, when I started playing, is that Sam will ask you what he should write a song about, and gives you several options, but he always writes his song about "farming, fishing, and chopping wood" or whatever it is. He never takes my much better suggestions. He does take the suggestion about the type of music, so that implies that he isn't going to ignore your answer as to the song theme.
The other one is new in 1.6 I think - after he gives you the farm cave, Demetrius will ask if you got anything out of it, and when you say yes, he mumbles something about it being more than expected. Then on a later occasion he will always tell you not to forget to check if anything happened with the farm cave. These seem out of order, or only one of them should occur, but in my experience they consistently happen that way. It seems weird that he would ask you to check the cave after you already told him you got something out of it.
The truncation of the rooster crowing on day 1 of a new file, and the loss of part of Lewis's dialogue conducting the wedding ceremony, I'm pretty sure have been reported before. It's a shame to ruin so many weddings.
