I just want to say that Harvey, although he is a great NPC at heart, has the most awful dialogue and really deserves some new lines. About 80% of the time I talk to him, he tells me how to sneeze, and nearly the only other thing he says is that he can't get patients. Even after you know him better his dialogue tends to be excruciatingly dull. Yet a couple of the new lines he has at festivals in 1.6 show that he has a sense of humour and make him much more appealing as a character. I don't mind the boring dialogue as such, and I understand that it is part of his character, but he should have a little more to say. As it is, I actively avoid talking to him because I just can't stand being informed about sneezing for the 100th time.
Incidentally, I do feel that all of the characters have lost some of their dialogue with the recent updates. For example, when we get a new baby, Maru used to comment on that fact on the first day. Now she only demands to know if I spent time with the kid or wonders what its future career will be. And the wedding ceremony has a piece missing out of it.
