My wife and i are married in game and just had our first child. I am first player and my wife is second. She was given the option to name the baby and named her Adalynn but the name is only used on my side of the screen. If she interacts with the baby or looks at her heart tab it only shows up as “baby” while mine says Adalynn.
Edit: it is now working as intended. Not sure if the game just needed to restart or what.
