Special Orders Trash Strategy?

Any suggestions for fishing with River Farm during winter? I feel like I screwed myself with this quest!

Maybe the secret woods and stay as close to land as possible? There are only two fish you can catch there, which makes it more likely to get trash.

Also, the Lava pond in the mine. Way more trash than lava eel.

I think the lake with the pier in cindersap forest is a good trash candidate too.... i swear i've never caught a fish there, but it could be my luck

This is my suggestion, honestly. Without having a trash dispenser at home, this is the next best strategy for lots of trash for the special order.

Special note: unless you can put it in the recycler, it's not trash as far as the special order is concerned.

Thanks for the advice, but I can't actually access either of these.

Any farm that has the tiny pond on it will work. The tiny pond will only produce trash. Should take about 10 minutes to finish.

Except he's on a Riverlands farm which doesn't have a tiny pond. All fishable water sources produce fish.

Also the levels 20 and 60 of the mines are pretty good sources of trash. And Desert pond! After 8 PM it gives only trash.

That's frozen in winter, and it produces stone and wood quite frequently when it's not frozen.
