It seems this topic has died down the past few months but I still cannot find a definitive fix. Before the new update my PC ran the game with around 70 mods just fine.
Now, I can stand still and watch the frames drop from 60 to 55-54 every 10-15 seconds. Literally just standing in house on a new game...and it always drops to 55 or 54 FPS. Sometimes less often, sometimes more often. I also noticed that moving mouse cursor across toolbar causes a 1 fps drop consistently, if that means anything.
I have updated drivers, rolled back drivers, downloaded frameworks, changed nvidia settings, adjusted priority and cores...
The lack of news of progress on this issue is bothersome and the problem is affecting many people so maybe somebody could give me some insight? Thanks.
