Switch Skeleton Statue Disappeared

I was doing some rearranging of furniture in my house on Switch on Year 8, and sometimes the furniture I picked up would go into the slot where I have the rabbit’s foot in the screenshot below. If I picked up multiple pieces in a row with the Y button, sometimes a piece of furniture would disappear from my inventory. This happened with the Skeleton Statue I got from the museum. I went to go retrieve the statue in the Secret Woods, but there is instead a Bear Statue in the shop, as seen in the second screenshot. However, I already have the Bear statue in my house, in the first screenshot. How can I get it back?

Have you tried picking up the bear statue you have and checked if the skeleton is maybe back at the museum?

I’ve picked up the bear statue I have, and I bought the one in the lost item shop, and I have two bear statues now and no skeleton statue. Also, Gunther doesn’t have anything for me at the museum.
