Android Shipping bin problem

1.so when i put foraging items in the shipping bin (i put 34 starfruit in it, and thats a lot of money) and i didnt get any money from it. Anybody else had this problem, or its just me?
2.i saw many people reporting this bug, but its a little frustrating that the npcs are not in the right spot sometimes

The first issue should be addressed in the 1.5.6 build 33 update, which is out on Android now. I would recommend checking the Play Store for any updates, you can see which build you have by tapping on the ? in the bottom right of the main screen, then looking in the bottom left.
