Searching World Seeds?

Is there any place, website, program, strategy, etc. that makes it easier to search through world seeds by certain parameters (like weather, Travelling Cart goods, garbage cans, etc.)? Sometimes I have really specific needs and it can be hard to search the internet for the seed I need as a result.

Yes there are tools that can be used to search seeds for any variety of seeded parameters and even for things that are only partially determined by seed, though they require a decent understanding of C# (I can't remember with certainty), have no tutorials, and aren't insanely user friendly if you don't have some foundation in coding.

There are also communities who have people that are willing to find seeds for you on their time, it's how I find some of my own seeds when the thing I'm searching for doesn't follow linear logic in determining like the crop fairy/most tile stuff/opening geodes do.
