So, I've been playing Stardew Valley for some time now, and I actually had the idea to buy the game so I could play it directly with my keyboard and mouse, since I cannot do it in xCloud. I didn't buy the game yet due to that pending question in my mind. Could someone tell me if I can transfer my save data from Xbox to the Steam/PC version of the game?
