Issue Ridgeside Village Help

The Ridgeside special request board has not produced any quests in the past three weeks in game. I don’t know what to do. The board is just blank. I’m in my third year I believe. If you need any more information I’ll be happy to provide.

I have seen that problem at some point tinkering back and forth... but I don't remember the particulars.
