iOS Rat problem quest not starting on iOS device

I had a cutscene with Lewis inside community center. After that i tried multiple times and on different days to interact with the glowy tile object in the bottom left room, however, nothing seems to happen. The quest is still ob my journal. Im playing on ios device, what should i do?

Did you manage to open and read the scroll? The wizards letter won’t arrive until you’ve seen the text.

if not, it’s usually solvable by changing your zoom settings or switching to joystick controls.
