There is no way to play Stardew Valley without downloading it onto your computer; it's not a game you can play on your browser.

Just adding onto what Xander said, downloading shouldn't be too much of an issue if you're wondering about storage space, as the game barely takes more than 1-2 Gigabytes as far as I remember.
