Switch Pyramid Decal unobtainable

I last attempted to get the pyramid decal a few weeks ago fishing in the correct location in the desert and never received after over 100 casts. I know other people had reported this too. Is this still currently a bug/unobtainable? Playing switch most recent version v1.6.9 build 40.

Version 1.6.15.1 was been released to the XBox and PS consoles last week but hasn't been released for Switch yet, though CA said it's coming soon. Hopefully that bug will be fixed. List of changes:
