PlayStation PS5 - v1.6.15 build 3 - Local co-op save no longer detected (Load menu empty)

Platform: PS5 (playing the PS4 digital version)
Game version: v1.6.15 build 3
I have a local co-op farm with approximately 122 hours of playtime.
I deleted the game application to free up storage space, but I did NOT delete my save data.
After reinstalling the game, the save file is still present in the PS5 storage and also in the PlayStation Plus cloud.
Save file size: 62.92 MB
However:
The Load menu is completely empty.
Host / Co-op does not show the farm either.
I am using the same PSN account that originally created and hosted the farm.
I have never changed accounts.
The farm was always hosted by me.
I restored the cloud save, but the issue already existed before restoring it.
The game has never crashed while saving and the console was never turned off during a save.
It looks like the save exists, but the game no longer detects it.
Is there any known recovery procedure or any way to provide additional information to help investigate this issue?

Update:
I have now confirmed the following:
PS5
PS4 Digital version
v1.6.15 build 3
Local co-op farm (~122 hours)
Same PSN account
Same console
Save file still exists locally (62.92 MB)
Save file also exists in PS Plus Cloud
Restoring the cloud save does not solve the issue
"Load" and "Co-op" both show no farm
No crashes occurred before the issue
