Solved Ps5 bug adventure guild achievement

Hello, playing on ps5 game is up to date, having a problem with the protector of the valley achievement, I killed my last Lava Sprite but nothing from the adventure guild popped up. Also as this was the last thing I needed to kill I also did not get playstation trophy for killing everything.

Went to adventure guild, everything has a star showing done, but never got a phone number or reward for killing the lava sprites.... I've talked to Marlon, and gil, slept in my bed, restarted game nothing is helping.

What can I do? I've read this was a bug years ago so it couldnt possibly be still unfixed?

I've been in the same boat waiting for 2 years for this to be fixed. I ask on Twitter every now and then to see if there's any plan to fix this and there's never a response.

I'm heartbroken as I don't want to start again just to get this trophy. I put so much time and effort into my farm.

I really hope it gets fixed, but seeing as how this bug has been present for quite some time without a single comment addressing it by anybody working on the game, I have to presume that it just isn't a priority.

That should be fixed in the upcoming Stardew Valley 1.6.9. When loading a save, it'll now recheck most achievements and unlock any that weren't set correctly the first time. Thanks for reporting it!

Little update: Sony's certification requirements don't let us unlock trophies without you doing something to get them. So on PS5, that trophy will unlock when you kill any monster in 1.6.9 instead.
