PlayStation Possibly Bug Journal Scraps

Anyone able to help me out? I think I might of bugged my game, when the expansion came out I didn't know you had to read the journal scraps and I stored all the ones I could find, getting up to 20 of each of the first four scraps. But once I noticed u had to read them I started to spam read all of them... Idk if the combination of getting so many scraps and reading so many of the same scraps lead to it bugging out but... I have spent the last 2 seasons in-game hunting at volcano and blast mining everything and I haven't gotten any new scraps... Right now I sit at only four journal scraps. Please help me out I only need 3 more walnuts and the new egg to get 100 percent...

I've seen the theory that you can find a certain number in the volcano, but others from artifact spots and fishing, so maybe you could try some other activities?

That's what I thought too so I tried fishing and the bone yard and still no luck :/, I really hope I didn't mess myself up by getting a ton of the first four journal scraps... When I first started the expansion I was getting them from fishing, mining, and hunting like crazy. Just didn't know what they where for... I hope there wasn't a number cap or something. Any other activities that give them?
