Ocean and dock color mismatched

Not sure if I'm posting this in the right place, but I noticed one day when the ocean was green, the holes in the dock that look down to the water were still blue. It's not a big deal, but just a detail that if improved, could visually improve the game. It kinda stood out to me right away.

Its a summer "event", something about crabs breeding (?)
It js makes more forageables spawn on the beach

The ocean turns green for the few days the seashell 'event' starts on Summer 12-14. It's probably the most subtle of events during the year but there is a higher item spawn rate on the Pelican Town beaches during those days. It's usually your best chance to find

Rainbow Shells.

I never go to the beach lol so won't know. Yeah it is pretty subtle.
