Non-binary Pronouns

There should be a non-binary option for the character creator, I don't think it would be the biggest change, instead of 'husband and wife' depending on which gender you chose, it would just be 'spouse', and changing the gendered terms really can't be that hard that it's not worth it. Non-binary people exist ! And we shouldn't need mods to have them!!

Yes, absolutely!

The lack of any options for nonbinary players for this long makes Stardew Valley feel behind with others in the "cozy game" genre, especially when now we have Nintendo including more options in their games and outright saying nonbinary in the new Tomodachi Life.

If there's already the code for having gender-specific text, it shouldn't be very hard to implement a non-binary pronoun. If I could understand C#, which is what the game is coded in, I could probably make a mod. But, unfortunately, I'm lazy, and I play on switch.
