New community upgrade for Cindersap Forest.

So the most annoying part of customizing Cindersap Forest to me is the debris. So I was thinking maybe to add a community upgrade from Robin shop like a public park or a gigantic golden clock for a bigger perfection challenge to prevent debris in the forest.
