Is this normal? Sebastians gift and talk boxed are gone after marriage and it shows that Sam is single, when I'm dating him.

Yes, all the bachelors/bachlorettes status revert to single after you get married, even if you’re dating them.

What both previous said. That's what happens to everyone. Seems only logical that once you're married you're completely free of giving gifts or talking to your spouse.
