IT'S GORGEOUS and a very accurate representation! I'm assuming that he's not 3 feet tall, because that's a bit unrealistic, but good job! Now he REALLY exists!

I completely forgot he's that tall. I just eyeballed it to look nice and for me to wear him without too much trouble.

By the way, I didn't have a stripe of the right colour, but I had blue paint left from the costume so I recolored a white one and it worked well. Unexpected but lucky coincidence.
