Mac My mods are like stuck??

I downloaded a bunch of mods at some point, and my game is completely normal except for the fact that I specifically cant open marnies livestock menu, it gives me a long error message. Ive deleted the mods mentioned, and I've deleted the game, multiple times. Even though I've deleted the mods, my game still thinks I have those ones, and won't add new ones I add like normal. I dont get it pls help :9
