Xbox My Auto-Grabber Is Only Collecting 2-3 Items Everyday

I play on Xbox One (I don’t know if that has something to do with my problem) and I’m on Spring year 2. I have 12 cows/sheep/goats/pigs in my deluxe barn, and I have 12 rabbits/chickens/ducks in my deluxe coop. My auto grabber used to work fine when I first got it, but now I’m lucky to even get a single jug of milk from one of my 8 cows everyday. Also, when I go up to the cows with a bucket to see if maybe it just isn’t harvesting, it says they’ve already been milked.
I’ve destroyed and re-placed my auto grabbers in both buildings three times now (once every night before i sleep) and it hasn’t helped whatsoever. I’m starting to think maybe I just need to go back to self-producing my animals everyday and getting rid of my auto grabbers.
If anyone has any advice or figured out a similar problem please let me know!

Are you confident the animals are getting regularly fed? If they're not fed they don't produce - but if there's hay in the silo and it's a deluxe barn then that's not the problem (just asking to double check)

Yes, they’re being auto fed by the silo. I even pet them daily and I’m not sure what the problem is
