I don't know what I'm missing besides the one bone

Offhand, I don't see four fossils (bones) or the dinosaur egg.

I see the dino egg missing straight off the bat like REtroGeekery
There are also 7 bone-related items of which you seem to be missing 3
- you have the prehistoric skull, prehistoric rib, skeletal tibia, and skeletal tail
- you are missing the skeletal hand, skeletal scapula, and prehistoric vertebra

I think that's everything, good luck collecting everything (go for bone nodes and killing haunted skulls/skeletons as well as dinos for the egg)
