When donating bones to the Island Field Office, the donated bone is displayed correctly and counts toward the collection, but it is not removed from the player's inventory.
This also affects collections that require two identical bones. For example, I only had one leg bone, donated it once, it remained in my inventory, and I was able to donate the same bone a second time to complete the requirement.
Steps to reproduce:
Go to the Island Field Office.
Donate a bone.
Check your inventory.
The donated bone is still there and can be donated again.
