Hello! I bought a new pc recently and played some stardew on it, without mods, since i was too lazy to go through and reinstall them all from my other computer, and i played a two person multiplayer world with my boyfriend. It was super fun, but i missed some of my aesthetics mods, just some basic color changes, and made sure i didnt get ANY mods that could alter the game for ME in a way that would impact HIS gameplay (eg: 5 floor cellar, sdve, etc)
I booted it up on my own time ot make sure the mods would work, and they did. the world ran fine and all the mods worked. Later, though, when i booted it up to play WITH him, it let me in, but wouldnt show the multiplayer code. (like when it only shows "start local co-op" and not "show invite code" or any of that)
i booted it up without mods, and it worked perfectly fine.
anyone know what could be causing this? this didnt happen when i tried it on my macbook, only on my windows. did i install the mods wrong or smapi or something?
