Windows multiplayer joining issues I'm not sure why this is happening

For some reason I can't seem to join my friend on our multiplayer server, as you can see we're 24 days in on winter and we've almost finished the first year of this game, I for some reason cannot join on my save that I had on their world the next day and we hadn't changed a thing to do with the games or mods (which we arent using any)
