Xbox Monster Slayer Hero Completion

I finished all of the monster eradication goals, but Qi's little cat computer on Ginger Island isn't registering it as completed. Please Help!!

Go slay a tiger slime on the hill and it should fix itself as a temporary fix. I sometimes have the same problem, even after perfection is achieved.

The upcoming Stardew Valley 1.6.16 rewrites the achievement tracking to work much more reliably. In particular:

• The monster slayer goal tracking should now auto-fix itself when you load a save or connect in multiplayer.
• If needed, a new diagnostic command lets us check each achievement's unlock conditions to see why it isn't unlocking.

In the meantime, as kmasco92 said, you can kill any monster to fix the perfection tracker temporarily.
