Issue Modded Game Can't Pick up Items

Hello I have a modded version of the game on a windows PC I used Vortex to install the mods. Smapi when loaded doesn't show any conflicts but I am having issues with not being able to pick up items, they just float around me and act like they want to be picked up but they just wont.
I have checked the save file and the maxitems is still set to 12 and the magnetic radius is still set to 128.
I have SVE, Ridgeside, EastScrap and cosmetic mods I can post a whole list if needed.
On my current save I was able to pick things up for one in game day before it broke and I have no idea what to do.

And, just to confirm; this is a new save? Since, you have the new save values for maxitems, & mag. radius.
And, you have some free space in your inventory?
