Mod Errors Dump

Currently having an issue with one of my mods, and I'm hoping someone here recognises the problem. I'm getting these really harsh white tiles/outlines around the edges of paths and terrain (shown in the screenshot below). It looks like the border tiles aren't blending correctly with the grass/ground textures?

I'm not sure if it's caused by any of the other pre-existing mods that I currently have active, but I've included my list in one of the screenshots. It's a fresh save. If anyone knows what could be causing it or how to fix it, I'd really appreciate the help.

Had the same problem ended up being the soft slow seasons mod causing it for me... noticed you also have that one so may be worth trying it and seeing if it fixes things for you as well
