how to get 14 hearts with Sebastian I'm trying to get the cutscene but I'm stuck with 12 hearts it doesn't let me level up further than 12?

Do you mean the motorbike ride? I got that cut scene but can't remember how many hearts I had and I'm on Android. Sure it was 8 or 10 hearts. I married sebastian in my xbox game and got all cut scenes. Check the wiki as some of them are time specific,

No I meant the 14 heart cutscene but don't worry i got it working by going back to my previous save
