Switch Missing Golden Crackers

I have received a few Golden Animal Crackers in the mines (Skull Cavern and Volcano) that have disappeared from my inventory the next day. I know at least the last time (and probably the other times) that I had passed out at 2 AM inside the caves instead of falling asleep in bed. And I’ve had at least a couple crackers last through the night after sleeping normally, so I think it has to do with passing out.

I wanted to share that this also happened to me randomly after sleeping in the farm bed. Golden animal cracker seemed to disappear randomly from inventory. It could have also been from crafting. There’s another bug post regarding loss of items due to crafting.

The crafting bug currently occurring on the Switch version began around Christmas 2025.

Since this thread is from January 2025, it's likely a separate issue.
