Someone did it in the past but it doesn't work. I tried installing their CP version and the pond was still there.

I made a content patcher conversion of Ali's Modern Buildings, I haven't playtested it, so feel free to come to me for a problem as this was my first time.

I've also included a garage for your scooter! There are two styles to choose from and again, a "stable" option for the vanilla stable.
All options can be accessed through Generic Mod Config Menu.

I would convert it (and it's quite easy too) but I've just read this post regarding Naver mods and also considering the fact that the mod author specifically requests "no secondary processing and distribution", I'd say use it as it is for now.
