Make the strange dolls easier to get

I've already done the strange notes 17 and 18 but at the time I didn't know they were supposed to be in the museum. They're impossible to get since their spawn rates are so low. I play on switch so I can't do the item ID glitch.

Only lucky days with luck buff try digging the dirt thoroughly on each floor you are in and they pop up occasionally. It’s rare too but at least possible.
