must be a bug on the switch.. the only time you lose money is if you pass out outside. or get beat up in the mines. I'm sure it is probably something that would only happen once. If it happens again you might want to consider starting a new save file. It's kind of a pain to start over .but it's still year one , you can always do it better . best of luck:)
