Looking for chart on artisan profits

I get so overwhelmed with all the wikis and videos and such about profit margins on things. Is there any place that has a simple spreadsheet or list of artisan goods and what they sell for?
For example, I have ducks, chickens, and void chickens. Which eggs make the best mayo? That kind of thing. Goats and cows, which milk to make cheese and which to sell as is... It's so overwhelming!

For reference I have cows, goats, sheep, pigs, duck, chickens, dragons, and void chickens. What do I do with it all?

I don't know of a spreadsheet, but it's unfortunately a little more complicated than "which one sells for the most" because different animals produce different amounts. That being said, you're welcome to look up the sell prices on the wiki and create a spreadsheet!

However, for the specific case of animals, the easy solution is to just make enough mayo machines/cheese presses that you can turn all of the eggs/milk into mayo and cheese. Then you don't have to know which is most valuable. Since most people don't have many animals and cheese presses/mayo machines aren't particularly resource-intensive, this hopefully shouldn't take too long.

Kegs and jars are a different situation, it's pretty easy to end up planting more than you have kegs/jars for. You want to keg/jar whichever crops have the highest base sell price (the base sell price is just the sell price with no professions or anything). As a general rule of thumb this is usually the long growth time crops. In particular ancient fruit, starfruit, pumpkins, melons, and red cabbage are your best bet.

What professions do you have? They play a role in sale prices, so they can change things up. I always have Coopmaster rather than Artisan, so all the profit calculations wind up off for me.

When you look at your different levels in skills, there should be a bar in the middle that's yellow (and on the end if you're level 10 in it). If you hover over that bar, it should show what profession you are in that skill. Depending on what profession(s) you chose, they will affect your profits. That is going to depend heavily on which perks you have. As far as comparing animal product profit margins, that depends on if you're talking per each of per season.

At level 5 and level 10 of a skill, you get to pick one of two perks, some of them will impact pricing.

For the animals listed (other than the dinosaurs), I'll break it down by building.

For the Coop, which can have chickens, ducks, and void chickens, it's a toss-up between the chickens and the void chickens. Once chickens level up, they consistently lay Large Eggs, which turn into gold-star mayo which is slightly more expensive than the void mayo the void chickens lay. The dino mayo sells for much more per each, however they lay infrequently enough that the daily output of chickens will beat it.

For the Barn, I don't use it to make money, I use it to make Gold Star Cheese (from Large Milk) for dungeon-delving food to restore health and energy. Pigs are generally the most profitable animal for the barn, with cows behind them because goats aren't milked daily. Sheep are an oddball case where a specific blend of perks can cause them to be profitable, but otherwise generally either pigs or cows will be your better bet.

Unless you have specced into Rancher, it's generally better to process than to not process, especially if you have Artisan.

As others have said, there are a lot of different variables. It’s a lot more complex than it may seem at face value.
I would recommend trying to lessen the stress the wiki may serve you and try to focus your researching to not get overwhelmed with the amount of information. If you want to know the most profitable mayo, think about all the animals that produce mayo and compare how much they make and how long they take to produce. If you stay specific it’s a lot easier to gleam your information. Also feel free to ask here, you can have a thread to yourself where you just ask questions and people will be glad to help out, sometimes it’s just nice to get straight answers and it’s not that much of an inconvenience as the people here are great at helping.

For the Barn, I don't use it to make money, I use it to make Gold Star Cheese (from Large Milk) for dungeon-delving food to restore health and energy.

I would like to emphasize this. After the first year or so, the Barn is less about profit and more about function, with a few Cows churning out Large Milks to process into Gold Star Cheese for Health and Energy when Dungeon/Cavern/Volcano diving.

Pigs are decent for Truffle profit and Rabbits are good for Wool for Tailoring and the occasional Foot for Loved Gifts or pan-dating risk avoidance. And as @MogBeoulve points out, for petting as they make the subtlest of happy sounds.

I should probably volunteer that all mayo is going to be better than the eggs they are made from, even if you have Rancher and not Artisan. Even with Rancher, an iridium quality large egg will sell for less than the gold mayo it becomes after processing. Also, probably because void eggs don't come in a large size, gold regular mayo outperforms void mayo. Duck mayo is better than both. I think dinosaur mayo takes the crown for valuable coop products, but they lay so infrequently that a happy regular chicken should net you more gold over time. If you build one mayo machine per chicken and one for every two ducks, you'll get a nice, steady income.

Now, off to go pet more rabbits!

This game is so bonkers with how complicated it is. I think from all the advice here the lesson might take away is not to stress about it, just keep gathering, making, and selling! It's all money in the end and at this point I have almost $2 million so pretty comfortable with that.

If you date all of the marriage candidates of one gender, when you hit ten hearts with all of them, you may trigger a scene where they all find out and get mad at you. However, if you are carrying a rabbit foot, there will be an alternate scene and you won't get in trouble.

As for me, I always carry a rabbit foot so I have a handy gift.

If you date all 6 Bachelors at the same time (or all 6 Bachelorettes) there is a unique cutscene for each that can happen, with temporary negative consequences, if you go into the right (OK, really the wrong!) spot on the map.

However, if you have a Rabbit's Foot in your inventory that cutscene is replaced with a different unique cutscene, but with no negative consequences.

And though I have been away from Stardew playing other games recently, on my current Farm I am working up to dating all 12 Bachelors and Bachelorettes in one day. I believe I have 8 at 8 hearts and 3 more at 7 with Harv at 5. I already have the 12 Bouquets and will also be giving everyone a Loved gift that day.

Trying to get the most possible in one day.

Yep! As I said, just go ahead and process all the eggs/milk if you can, it'll always be more money then selling it un-processed.

Yep! You just get both the bachelors' scene and the bachelorettes' scene.
(Also to be clear, the bad results from having the scene without the rabbit foot only last a week and then everything goes back to normal.)

Like dinosaurs, ducks lay less frequently than chickens, which offsets the higher price.

Happy chickens > void chickens > unhappy chickens > ducks > dinos if you go by gold/day.

I still usually have a mix of everything because the ducks and dinos are just cute.
