hmhm how can I explain this bug that is happening to me?

At Leah's 8 Hearts event I go to her house and see her looking at the sales on the computer and then we talk for a bit and then when the event ends the screen goes dark and the game just closes.
and I also tried to do it on another day in another week at different times and nothing, and Leah isn't leaving the house either so I don't know how to solve this bug so please someone help me
