For a very long time now, before the switch 2 even came out I will be playing Stardew Valley on my switch in handheld mode & the controllers will come up with the screen to press L + R on the controllers you would like to use. At first I thought maybe it was my switch OLED & there was an issue with the joycons until I realised it wasn’t happening with any other game. I now have the switch 2 with the switch 2 version of the game installed & same issue. It wasn’t happening as much a few months ago but just started another game & it is almost unplayable because every few mins if that I get the same pop up screen.
I have searched for answers but it seems no one else has had the same issue. I have updated my joycons, unpaired & repaired them, turned off mouse controls & nothing has fixed the issue. I am using Ver. 1.6.15.13
