I have just learned in SVE you can talk to her and her name is indeed Claire.

I wish there was a cut scene for the poor girl, like would you like to help Pierre clean or help sell things so Pierre doesn't have to stand there all day be himself.

I would love to see that and see Pierre roam during the day like normal business owners.

I also think it would be neat if she could get a job at Pierre's. Also maybe if Pierre got out of the shop every once in a while he'd be a more likeable character.

Gunther? Maybe Gus? Just not Clint, he's literally the most boring person in the game. Even Pierre is more interesting given his 6 heart event.
