Mac Island field office not showing cutscene - completed all potential options

Hi! So I've been going through the field office challenge, and the cutscene to give me the incubator isn't triggering. I've completed the survey, I have space in my barn, & all of the fossils are in . I've been looking up if anyone else has had the problem but the issue is that every other scenario hasn't seemingly been a bug or anything.

You’re missing a fossil. The large one has six spaces, you’ve only filled five. You need the fossilized ribs.
