Issue Is There Anything I Can Do To Fix This?

I'm on Mac, have deleted all mods and re-uploaded them to try and fix the problem, I'm not sure what to do anymore.

It looks like you accidentally moved a bunch of JA items outside of their mod folder.

Delete the "Mods/[PPJA] Artisan Valley" folder since SMAPI says it's empty.

Then delete all "Objects" folders that are directly under your "Mods" folder.
Ignore any that are inside other folders.

I'm not sure where all those loose, JA items are from; so you may to need to re-extract a mod.
But, that'll clear up the errors.
