Solved iOS can’t start new game

I just downloaded the game app and it launches, but when I try start a new game tapping the checkbox button (after naming the character, etc. ) doesn’t start the game. The button visibly depresses in the animation, but nothing happens.

System: iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 18.7.1, game app version 1.16.15.0

I deleted and reinstalled the game but still have the same problem

You have to write something in the Name, Farm Name, and Favorite Thing textboxes; otherwise, the game won't start.

Thanks! I had filled the name and farm name but not favorite thing, thinking it was the pet selector slider
