I need help with SVE.. I downloaded everything and still doesn't work

I am using a MacBook Pro and I followed every video on YouTube and made sure I was downloading everything I need and it just doesnt work. I have my most recent SMAPI log if that helps, I just don't know what else to do. When I load Stardew valley, SMAPI says loading 3 mods but I don't have 3 mods I only downloaded SVE. I am just so confused and could use some help.
