I need advice regarding the „Dark Talisman“ quest

Hello :)
I am currently at the start of summer of my third year. I have completed the previous three quests („Meet the wizard“, „a dark Reagent“, „staff of power“) and the Community Center and have access to the Sewers.
However, the cutscene that triggers the next quest hasn‘t happened yet.
Does the cutscene appear later? Is there another way to trigger it? If I can‘t trigger it, is there another way to be able to build the junimo huts?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!

The quest should be triggered by going up to the train station after completing the community center (or Joja warehouse).

I have been up there two or three times to try it but nothing happened. Should I do something specific?

If I can‘t trigger it, is there another way to be able to build the junimo huts?

You can purchase Junimo Hut at The Wizard's tower after finishing the Goblin Problem Quest, and returning the bottle of ink from the witches hut to the wizard. Did you already do this quest?

They could have missed the cutscene to be entirely honest, it's not super long

Definitely double check, it's also another attempt for it to trigger if it somehow didn't previously
