Issue I can't access some tiles or place obects on it

I used SMAPIs debug removelargetf to get rid of all the bushes that cant be cut down on my forest farm and all of the berry bushes did get removed but I can't walk on some of them or place objects there. Is there anther mod like, walk anywhere or place anything anywhere, that would work as well.
